Adjustable Stride Length

Space Saving Lightweight Design
The 1280ef is one of the most space saving Ellipticals on the market today. At only 187 lbs, it’s nearly half the weight of other Ellipticals in its class. Because of its space saving design, it won’t take up much space while still providing a smooth riding experience. We’ve replaced the cumbersome flywheel with innovative magnetic Resistance for more precise control and reduced weight. The bulky incline motor assembly has been replaced with a combination of adjustable stride and magnetic resistance to more effectively target upper and lower body muscle groups while taking up much less space.
Easy-to-Use Technology
User-friendly touch display tracks, displays, and saves essential work out data, including WATT output, time, distance, calories, RPM, load, speed, and heart rate. Choose between manual mode, preset programs, heart rate controlled programs, or custom programs with 16 levels of resistance. Our Pulse Recovery feature measures how quickly you return to a resting heart rate after each session. Over time, your recovery time will decline, indicating improved cardio health.
Polar Wireless Heart Rate Receiver
Now you can enjoy nonstop heart rate tracking without holding on to a contact sensor while tapping into heart rate controlled programs. The 1280ef features a built-in Polar® wireless heart rate receiver that allows you to wear an optional T31/T34 Non-coded Polar heart rate strap (not included) for continual heart rate feedback while you exercise.

Because the natural pedaling motion, you will need a space of 70"L X 48" W X 78" H.

You will need to allow approximately 11 inches above your height to properly operate your 1280Ef.

Yes, you can.
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, it requires some light assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the box.
Q: Does this include a Polar heat rate chest strap with purchase?
No, it does not.
Q: Is this Elliptical very loud?
No, it's very quiet. You can barely hear it when in use.
