A controllable trainer that automatically adjusts resistance levels
The 1260Ub is a smart trainer that will automatically vary the resistance to match the changing intensity levels of the workout programs on our console so you can stay focused on your workout without interruption from manually changing the resistance levels. The console includes 15 workout programs and 32 levels of resistance. It does not act as a controllable trainer with third-party apps.

Built-in wireless heart rate training
When you listen to your heart, you get better results. That’s why the 1260Ub upright bike has an integrated Polar® heart rate receiver. When combined with a Polar T31 or T34 (non-coded) wireless heart rate strap (sold separately) you’ll get the most accurate tracking data to keep you in your optimal training zone. The 1260Ub includes handlebar mounted heart rate touch sensors for intermittent heart rate tracking.

Q: Does the console function as a controllable trainer?
Yes, the 1260Ub console does function as a Controllable Trainer with the WATT and heart rate controlled training programs when using our console. It does not act as a controllable trainer with third-party apps.
Q: Does this need to be plugged in to use it?
Yes. This unit is powered by a standard AC adaptor that plugs into the machine. The correct power adapter is included in the box.
Q: Can you manually adjust the resistance?
Yes, you can. There are 32 levels of magnetic resistance.
Q: Can I use a custom bike seat?
No, this option is not available.
Q: Does this come with coasting pedals?
Yes, it does.
Q: Can you pedal in reverse?
No, this option is not available.
Q: Does this include a Polar heart rate chest strap?
While the 1260Ub has a receiver that is Polar compatble, the optional chest strap is not included with your purchase. Either a Polar T31 or T34 (non-coded) would need to be purchased separately.
Q: What is the min/max user height for this model?
The handlebars and seat can be adjusted to properly fit people approximately 5'3" to 6'7".
Q: What maintenance is required on the 1260Ub?
Always wipe down the unit with a mild soap solution followed by a thorough drying with a clean towel. It is important to note that perspiration can be extremely corrosive if allowed to accumulate on the machine. Also prior to each workout, confirm that all adjustment levers and screws are tightened. Tighten crank arms once per month.
Q: What is the flywheel weight?
It weighs 25 lbs. However, the 1260ub is engineered to use frictionless magnetic resistance that is electronically controlled. Therefore, the flywheel weight isn't as important as it is on bikes without magnetic resistance.
Q: Is this bike very loud?
No, it's very quiet. You can barely hear the bike when in use.
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, it requires some light assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the box.
