Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
You will need to allow approximately 10 inches above your height in order to properly operate your 1260Ef.
Q: Can I pedal in reverse?
Yes, you can.
Q: Can you manually change the incline?
Yes. Simply touch the incline button. Touch “+” to increase and “-“ to decrease.
Q: Does this include a Polar heart rate chest strap?
While the 1260Ef has a receiver that is Polar compatible, the optional chest strap is not included with your purchase. Either a Polar T31 or T34 (non-coded) would need to be purchased separately. NOTE: We do not currently sell these on our website.
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, it arrives approximately 80% assembled in the box and does require some light assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the box.
Q: What maintenance is required on the 1260Ef?
Always inspect hardware prior to any exercise session. Look for loose hardware, loose pedals, loose handrails, loose cranks and frayed wires. Repair or replace any damaged or worn parts, tighten all loose hardware. After workout, always wipe down your 1260Ef unit. Perspiration that continuously settles on frame, pads or casing may eventually cause rust or damage to the unit. Use a mild soap and warm water to wipe down the machine then dry with a clean towel after each use.
